We planned a long time ago to try the impossible and make a good gluten-free pizza :) After we thought about doing it completely separately, despite the large size of our current kitchen, it was not suitable for this.Host flour can unintentionally cause cross-contamination.So, despite the nearly 350m2 available, we thought that we would tackle the task in a completely separate store.To the chagrin of many, we were forced to close our Dózsa György út shop on 13.03.2020.It was also very sad for us, since we started to flourish here about 5 years ago.The forced rest was long, but it was still a great opportunity to experiment and improve.
